Happy Birthday banner

My youngest is turning 5! He decided all on his own he wants a Candyland party,since that is his favorite game. So we (kids & I) have been busy making many things for this odd party since you can't go and pick up Candyland decorations. So more photos to come, but in the meantime here is a Happy Birthday banner that I saw here
I used scrapbook paper and grosgrain ribbon, think I'll reuse it for all my kids parties ;)

Flowers

Slowly trying to decorate my home with my break in school. Picked up this square vase at HomeGoods for $5, flowers on sale for $4, not bad for a quick fix.

Lil' projects

I have been itching to get a few odd end projects done around the house, what do you think? I think it really makes it stand out now.

New shoes

So I found these Rocketdog shoes for a steal at $12! Then I took them over to click here and WOW! What a difference absolutely love'em.

Valentine's gift

Love Valentine's day it's so much fun! This year I brought a 6pk of Grape Crush bottles attached with balloons and tag saying "I've got a CRUSH on you" along with a box of his favorite See's chocolates to his work. Thanks Hillary for the Crush idea, and thanks Anna for the Cute card idea...gotta love Valentine's day!
